These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the electrical engineering services provided by AKIM ELECTRIC LTD. By engaging our services or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
All electrical installations, testing, and modifications are carried out in strict accordance with the current BS 7671 Requirements for Electrical Installations (IET Wiring Regulations). We are a NICEIC assessed and certified contractor. We reserve the right to refuse work if existing infrastructure poses a severe safety hazard or violates UK building regulations until the necessary remedial actions are authorised.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are based on the information provided and a preliminary visual inspection. Should unforeseen structural or electrical faults be discovered during operations, we will pause work and provide a revised strategy and cost analysis before proceeding.
While we operate with uncompromising precision to minimise disruption, AKIM ELECTRIC LTD shall not be held liable for any pre–existing faults, wear and tear, or latent defects within your existing electrical infrastructure that become apparent during or after our scheduled operations.
These terms of service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
